The One Minute Manager

By: Kenneth Blanchard, Ph.D & Spencer Johnson, M.D.

The One Minute Manager

This classic was first published in 1981. This book just keeps getting better with age. As we become more machine-based, The One Minute Manager reminds us how important it is to keep the “human” in human resource management.

If you are one of those who haven’t read this book, do yourself a favor and pick it up. You will finish it in one sitting, and it will be years before you match the value gained.

The inside cover reads, “Help people reach their full potential. Catch them doing something right!”
