COACT Helps Machining Client Grow 30% 

A COACT machining client recently held an annual review with COACT to discuss overall state of business and plan for 2016. It was determined that the client had grown by more than 30% over the course of the relationship with COACT. COACT’s work has brought in new clients with three being considered high revenue producers.  One of the new clients is now a top 3 customer and the client has purchased new equipment to accommodate their business.

Introductions with C-Level Global Company Set for Top A/E/C Client 

A COACT A/E/C client requested that COACT leverage its industry experience and identify new opportunities in the semiconductor market. COACT profiled the organization and successfully identified C-Level leadership in the complex organization. COACT was able to effectively position the client’s experience and capabilities to set an introduction meeting with the Global Real Estate Manager of a top 5 global semiconductor manufacturer.

Tech Client to Deploy Pilot Program

A COACT technology client recently met with a large convenience store franchise chain serving the southern United States. The franchise operator has more than 300 locations. The COACT client presented solutions regarding energy management programs available to monitor and control temperature, lighting and freezers across its portfolio. Discussions are now underway to launch a pilot program.

Retention Call Leads to Opportunities

COACT set a meeting with a large manufacturing company located in the Midwest for an Economic Development organization client. The automotive parts manufacturer is growing and is looking to bring on new employees as well learn about available incentive programs. COACT set the meeting with the president and director of human resources. A successful meeting was held and future projects were discussed.The result from the opportunity opens doors for the local organization to help develop retention and expansion efforts, and provide a large employer with connections to the municipal and regional leadership.
