Specialty Contractor Wins with Tier 1 Supplier
A COACT contractor client has been brought in for a number of new projects for a major tire manufacturer. After setting up initial introductions, COACT supported the relationship development over the course of six months, as various projects began the RFQ process. Ultimately, the COACT client was able to close multiple projects and is in discussions for several more this year.
Equipment Manufacturer Lands Several Opportunities
COACT recently connected one of its Process Equipment Manufacturing clients to one of the largest metal processing companies in the U.S. What started out as an introductory meeting has turned into several opportunities to quote large, custom manufactured machinery.
New Technology Client Gains Resellers Fast
A newly signed COACT industrial technology manufacturer signed with COACT in January to build a reseller network. The COACT team worked closely with the client and developed a comprehensive marketing wave plan that includes trade show management, product launches, photo shoots and the development of a reseller partner program. A high-value target list was generated, and since then, COACT has turned over 10 well-qualified leads. Each account falls perfectly in line with the client’s realm of expertise–specifically, warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing. COACT uncovered needs for multiple sides of the business and was able to position our client for success. Multiple partnership opportunities have resulted directly from these meetings.
Precision Machining Company Partners with Major Distributor
A COACT client in the metal fabrication industry is currently strengthening and growing business with a $6B distributor in the components industry. COACT has helped to zipper this relationship, resulting in the client winning more than $30,000 in new business opportunities last year. Additionally, COACT has helped arrange several face-to-face meetings on-site at the distributor as well as facilitated and managed the quoting process.
