Communicate with Prospects Easier, eBlasts with Personal Touch

Several COACT clients have prospect lists that need primarily human touch – where relationship development and trust-building are critical. In other cases, higher frequency lists are developed for email marketing. Here, COACT developed a series of personalized email touches for a precision machining client. This rhythm has proved successful with a 30% response rate. Further, quarterly, we are seeing a 10% response rate for an email blast directed to increase brand recognition to new and developing prospects. Through these responses, our client is able to remain top-of-mind with their prospects, thus improving sales results and saving time.

Construction Introductions with Leading Manufacturer of Specialty Chemicals

A large specialty chemicals manufacturer contacted COACT as a result of prospecting activities spanning over a few years, on behalf of one of our clients. The client, an international engineering firm, has impressive expertise in this field, allowing them to provide services on several capital-projects to a leader in the chemical industry. Though the prospect determined our client would not be able to participate on the initial capital-project, COACT worked to establish interest with the prospect and created an opportunity for a face-to-face meeting with the client. This high-level, technical discussion has positioned the prospect to become more familiar with our client, who is now well engaged in conversations about long-term capital plans.

Climate Control Parts Manufacturer Sources Parts from COACT Precision Machine

Through key discussions COACT held with a leading manufacturer in climate-controlled products, COACT was able to develop a relationship with the commodity buyer, who has a high-level of decision-making power. The meeting resulted in several quote opportunities for the client to produce a piece that is a perfect fit our client’s capabilities. Our client is now maintaining the relationship, receiving numerous requests for quotation.

COACT Signs Major University Technology Upgrade

A COACT technology client was brought to the table for preliminary design discussions around a major wireless network infrastructure refresh for a Division I university. Initial conversation was around network installation services, but quickly developed into a much deeper discussion for design and upgrade services, in addition to potential installation work leveraging the turn-key capabilities of the COACT client.

COACT Connects Equipment Manufacturer to Aerospace Manufacturer

COACT recently connected one of its process equipment manufacturing clients to one of the largest manufacturers in the country. Since the introduction, The COACT client has quoted on more than $4 million in opportunities and continues to receive project proposal requests.
