EPCM Firm Pursues Aircraft Facility Modification Project in China
A COACT EPCM firm is bidding on a project with an airplane manufacturer in regarding the modification of a facility they have in China. COACT identified corporate decision makers on an international level and made contact with leadership overseeing the project while he was overseas. An initial conversation was held via phone between the parties and was followed by a site visit to the recently completed facility. The aircraft manufacturing company has an initial concept design package, on which our client was able to propose. We anticipate that following the design package opportunity there will be a full EPC project that will be won and led by our client. The COACT campaign is designed to assist its client with a business development program to build an AsiaPac client base, while at the same time build relationships for additional successes in the United States.
COACT Aligns Industrial Manufacturing Client with Past Customer Expansion
COACT was able to align one of our industrial manufacturing clients with a past customer to expand on their current role in filling their customer’s operational needs. After a brief discussion at a major industry trade show, our client provided us with contact information on the past customer and we were able to secure a quote opportunity to expand the customer’s current operations. This piece of equipment will allow for more efficiency in the customer’s metal processing operations and increase the volume of product that they can ship out daily.
COACT Specialty Contractor to build relationship with large General Contractor
A COACT specialty contractor client will be meeting with a General Contractor out of Michigan later this month to discuss their capabilities and upcoming opportunities. The meeting is an opportunity for the COACT client to meet with multiple offices and estimators to discuss project scopes, geographic coverage, capabilities and potential partnership opportunities. The COACT client has done work in the past with this General Contractor and this meeting will help further build upon the relationship and expand to other offices and divisions.
