COACT Specialty Contractor Gains
A COACT specialty contactor is enjoying regular opportunities across multiple locations of a global consumer products manufacture. The company was identified as a high-value target with the goal of building relationships with each manufacturing facility in their geographic footprint. COACT identified and profiled each site, down to the various project managers. By maintaining a consistent business development process through phone calls, marketing, and face-to-face meetings the COACT client is now top of mind with the several locations. A steady stream of opportunities and wins are coming from a number of project managers.
COACT Equipment Manufacturer Expands Key Relationship
A COACT equipment manufacturer recently was set up with an opportunity to meet with a top 25 metal provider in the country. COACT was able to identify the decision maker at an individual plant and able to leverage the experience and capabilities of its client to arrange a meeting to discuss a large capital purchase in 2014. This opportunity has already led to discussions with the headquarters of the company about introductions into plants around the country. This is one of the many early successes with this particular client.
COACT Client Signs Fast Casual Chain
A COACT technology client recently signed an exclusive agreement with a Midwest fast casual restaurant chain. The COACT client will provide network security across all of the locations covering four states. The win is part of an aggressive trade show management program for a client participating at one of the largest trade shows in the industry. The comprehensive sales and marketing campaign included pre-show promotion and post-show follow-up. Top prospects were identified and added to a formal business development campaign managed by COACT.
