By leveraging the client’s experience and success stories with similar big box retailers, COACT has worked through the system to build an organizational profile of decision makers and positioning principals for success. Funding has been approved and the project will be completed on a fast-track. Our client has called this opportunity a home run.

Specialty Contractor Wins Three Projects

COACT built and maintained relationships with numerous industrial prospects in a large industrial manufacturer and successfully managed the post-bid follow up, resulting in three new projects won this month. COACT learned about a corporate wide energy management program and has successfully organized a meeting to discuss a conceptual plan for the program.
